Hello, I’m Tyler Hamera, an Account Executive at Axis Insurance, having joined the team in June 2023. With two years experience in the insurance industry, I am now managing a diverse book of small to medium commercial business clients, including contractors and architects, among others. This variety has equipped me with a broad understanding of different industry needs and the challenges they face.

My academic background, with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Communications, complements my professional path, providing a solid foundation in critical thinking and effective communication. Additionally, I hold a Canadian Risk Management Designation and a Professional Risk Management Diploma from Simon Fraser University, which further my ability to analyze and mitigate risks for my clients effectively.

Outside of my professional life,. I have a keen interest in economics, which keeps me informed on global and local market trends that can impact our clients. I am also an avid snowboarder and enjoy riding bikes.
