I’m a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), SHRM-SCP, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), and Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR). My career highlights include leading multinational HR teams, developing executive and equity compensation plans, implementing HRIS systems, negotiating union agreements, and contributing to ESG, DEI, CSR, and health and safety initiatives.
I specialize in global total rewards strategy, benefits design, payroll compliance, and cross-border employment practices, helping the business navigate human capital risks during growth, M&A, and regulatory change.
