Hello, I’m Melissa, Account Administrator at Axis Insurance. With 22 years of experience in account administration, I bring deep expertise and reliability to my role. In an industry where accuracy and timeliness are essential, I focus on creating a seamless flow of information and documentation between our clients and the insurance companies underwriting their business. I work closely with clients to make the process smooth and efficient, while supporting our broking and sales teams with precision and care.

My colleagues rely on my expertise, efficiency, and attention to detail, which allows me to consistently exceed client expectations. I hold a Level II license with the Insurance Council of British Columbia and a Commercial Lines Insurance Broker License with l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, walking, and soaking up nature’s beauty. The seawall is my favorite place to be.
