I’m Frank Carey, Director of Employee Benefits & Group Retirement at Axis Insurance. In my role, I advise clients on comprehensive benefits and retirement solutions, managing everything from new sales to fostering long-term relationships. My goal is to ensure that businesses are equipped with tailored programs that not only protect their teams but also support growth and resilience in an ever-changing market.

After two decades with the company, I bring a wealth of experience and industry insight to the table. I’m a Life licensed broker with RHU (Registered Health Underwriter) and GBA (Group Benefits Associate) designations, specializing in Employee Benefits, International Benefits, and Group Retirement plans. My work spans industries nationwide, allowing me to craft solutions that meet diverse client needs, no matter the sector or size of the organization.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how the right benefits strategy can be a catalyst for business growth. By helping clients design plans that not only safeguard their workforce but also attract and retain top talent, I empower them to take bold steps forward. I thrive on turning complex challenges into opportunities, aligning with our mission to help clients navigate risk confidently and successfully.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about traveling, staying active in sports, and, most importantly, spending quality time with my family. These experiences keep me grounded and bring a balanced perspective to both my personal and professional life.
