“Gillian is a Senior Account Manager with over 10 years in the insurance industry in various capacities, and over 7 years experience specializing in finding client solutions in Professional Liability Insurance in the Architects & Engineers field. On a regular basis, Gillian assists the Producers on new and renewal accounts by working with underwriters to obtain terms/quotes, conducting in-depth analyses of terms/quotes from different markets, and preparing the proposals for the Producers to present to clients.
Gillian is passionate about helping clients in a wide array of avenues, whether its through the thorough explanation of various details in their insurance coverages, presenting and exploring various insurance solutions with the client, or through in-depth contract reviewing for the client from an insurance perspective.
Gillians dedication to treating clients with the utmost professionalism and holding herself to a high level of responsibility means she always looks after clients issues and concerns to the best of her abilities. She strives to always go the extra mile to acknowledge their issues or concerns and provide a solution tailored to their unique needs.
Currently, Gillian has both CAIB and CIP designations. She has also previously acquired a Master of Business Administration from Vancouver Island University, a Bachelor Degree of Law from East China University of Politics and Law, and attended National University of Singapore as an exchange study student in their Law Faculty in her 3rd year of university.
Some of her most compelling experiences include handling the organization of the Metrix/AXA XL annual Loss Prevention Seminar, which brings together over 500 participants from architectural and engineering firms, as well as volunteering on the Ride to Conquer Cancer by taking pictures of the participants of the event for 5 years.
