Account Manager Professional & Financial Services

I am Vivian Trinh, an Account Manager in the Professional and Financial Services practice group at Axis Insurance. I specialize in servicing client accounts and managing renewal marketing to help clients secure the best possible terms and coverages. I take pride in being a trusted point of contact, guiding clients through complex policies and ensuring their needs are met with care and attention. 

My insurance career began in 2014 as a summer student, where I gained hands-on experience in data entry and technical support while studying at the University of Alberta. After earning my degree in 2018, I moved into an Account Assistant role and later progressed to Account Manager, Marketing Broker, and ultimately back to my current position as Account Manager. This journey has allowed me to build strong expertise across property and casualty coverages, including Alberta auto policies. I am licensed in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. 

I bring a detail-oriented approach to every account. Understanding each client’s unique exposures, even within shared industries, is central to how I work. By conducting thorough reviews and collaborating closely with clients, I deliver tailored advice and coverage strategies that help protect their businesses. My goal is to empower clients to pursue new opportunities with confidence, knowing their risks are well managed. 

Outside of work, I draw inspiration from my background in fine arts. I enjoy embroidery, painting, and exploring art history, which bring creative balance to my professional life.
