About Leon Dreff:

Leon Dreff, CPA, has recently joined Axis Insurance as our Chief Financial Officer. With an undergraduate degree from McGill University in Political Science and Economics, he also holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business with a major in accounting.

Leon is a tech-loving accountant with a preference for strategy and profitable growth. Passionate about the insurance industry, he specializes in building successful finance teams while providing senior management with guidance and advice rooted in data and analytics.

Leon is passionate about the people who make our company thrive and believes in working hard today so that tomorrow is better. His philosophy to making it all work? “Win the day and have fun doing it.”

When not at work, Leon can be found golfing—recently breaking an 80 on the golf course—and testing his skill at chess, where he’s reached a 1750 rating.
