I’m Leon Dreff, the Chief Financial Officer at Axis Insurance. With a career spanning 23 years in the insurance industry, I bring a wealth of experience across various domains, from property & casualty to travel and health, loss adjusting, reinsurance, and broking. My transition from a personal lines underwriter to the helm of CFO has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape.

As a CPA with an MBA, I merge financial expertise with strategic vision, driving sustainable growth and optimizing financial performance for Axis. My tenure here has been marked by a commitment to excellence, where I’ve spearheaded initiatives that streamline operations, enhance profitability, and fortify our financial foundation.

Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of interests, including sports and strategic games. Whether it’s playing golf, tennis, or chess, I find enjoyment in these activities.
