I’m Nathan Narciso, I am the Assistant Vice President of Construction, Contractors & Real Estate with a focus on managing environmental exposures. With 13 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of commercial insurance, I provide tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals, ensuring protection and progress go hand in hand. 
 
My approach combines technical expertise with a client-first mindset. I work closely with underwriters, clients, and internal teams to secure strong market placements, negotiate favorable terms, and deliver ongoing risk management support. By understanding each business’s unique dynamics and anticipating potential exposures, I develop strategies that turn risk into opportunity and growth. 
 
I hold a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and previously held a Level 2 Adjuster’s License. Educated at the University of Guelph and Mohawk College, I’m recognized for delivering tailored insurance solutions with technical precision and responsive service. Each achievement reflects my commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning, values that keep me grounded in leadership and service.  
 
Outside of work, I enjoy sports, the outdoors, and spending time with my two young boys. I find that new experiences often provide fresh perspectives that shape my professional practice. I’m also a vintage trading card game collector and an active member of the TCG community.
