I’m Shannon Saric, Account Executive at Axis Insurance, where I’ve been part of the team since 2010. I work closely with the Independent Business Team, specializing in providing customized insurance solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, with a particular focus on construction and real estate. My approach is client-focused, ensuring each of my clients receives exceptional, tailored service that addresses their specific needs. When necessary, I also collaborate with our experts in other lines of insurance, such as homeowners, life and benefits, and fleet coverage, to provide comprehensive solutions.

My career in insurance spans over 30 years, starting in claims and systems training before transitioning to commercial insurance for the past two decades. I enjoy building strong relationships with my clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs, and delivering the best possible service.

I’ve been recognized for exceeding sales goals in consecutive years, and I attribute this to my commitment to putting clients first. By creating positive experiences and exceeding expectations, I aim to build long-lasting relationships that contribute to my clients’ growth and success. At Axis, I focus on helping businesses manage their risks strategically, allowing them to lean into new opportunities with confidence.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about health and wellness, and I love spending time outdoors—especially by the water or in my garden. My love for animals keeps me busy with our dog and cat, and I believe that staying active and connected with nature helps me bring a balanced, fresh perspective to my work.
